Can I return my order?

I happily accept returns within 14 days of receipt providing the product is returned undamaged and unused. Customer will be liable to cover return costs and ensure the appropriate and safe packaging for the transport. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

I will make every effort to ensure the product I sent is in perfect condition, if however you receive damaged goods, please get in touch as soon as possible, with pictures of damage where possible and as detailed description of it as possible. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOM MADE GOODS (made to your own specifications or personalized items) ARE EXEMPT FROM RETURNS. Please make sure you read Terms and Conditions at the bottom of this page.

How is my order delivered?

Once your order is completed, it will be booked for delivery by the third party courier company. You will receive order completion confirmation email and tracking number for you to follow delivery process. Please check Terms and Conditions regarding delivery on the bottom of this page.

What is awaiting time for my product:

Process time will depend on the product you order. Ay `in stock` items in my shop are available to dispatch within 1-2 working days. 

Bigger items e.g. shelves or coat racks that are made to order will have longer waiting time of 1-2 weeks. 

Lead times for each product is stated on the product page in my Shop.

Custom furniture products e.g. coffee/dining tables  – lead time for those will depend on materials availability and it will be discussed individually with the customer.
